The sustained development of cities and regions according to strategic aims and guidelines is highly absorbing and, at the same time, a planning and political challenge. This theme lies at the centre of our activities.

An obligatory basis for the erection of installations and real estate is the setting-up an overall plan for both the technical and social infra-structures. This is defined in a
special "Matrix" in which the comprehensive aspects are harmonized with one another in the successful and efficient realisation of the projects concerned.

The result of this integrated concept is a catalogue of individual tasks ready for tender and exactly defined with regard to their dimension, location, quality and performance.

Energy-Efficiency and Alternative-Energy from renewable sources are – together with all the questions concerning environmental protection – central issues of our work.
