A well functioning and optimally compatible infra-structure is the prerequisite which allows residential and industrial populations to feel equally at home in one place. If all members of a community are happy, they develop an ever closer relationship with their home area and see themselves as priviledged to be blessed with such surroundings. This, in turn, is the prerequisite of political success.

For this reason the greatest premise of our work is to find the best solution for all concerned. This is demanding but, in the end, it makes an optimal result on an impartial basis possible. Techinical innovations must not become an end in themselves, social demands and necessities having priority.

All areas of daily life are logically harmonized and weighted. Industrial and administrative structures are integrated in order to secure the organic and logical implementation of the infra-structure sector.
